1. Money should be sent in with your child only on Monday (or Tuesday if there is no school on Monday).
2. Money (cash or checks made out to HFS) should be sealed in an envelope with your child’s name and the
amount contained in the envelope written on it.
3. The money will be credited to your child’s account, which they may access at lunch time. Even if your child does not have enough money in their account to buy lunch, but they wish to purchase it, they will receive the lunch.
4. If you want to limit ice cream snack to a particular day of the week, please write it on the outside of the envelope.
5. At the end of each month, each child will bring home a monthly statement indicating a balance or debit on the account.
